実の『父と娘』が互いに日頃の感謝を体で伝え合い、無病息災・子孫繁栄を祈る祭礼行事。
直接的な繋がりはないが、『後祭・種付けやぐら』は毎年父の日に執り行われることが多い。

起源については諸説あるが、数百年の歴史を持つとされる無形民俗文化財。
一般的な倫理観と相反するこの祭りは、その性質上何度も存続の危機にさらされており、『伝統行事』継承への模索と努力が続いている。

参加には『父娘双方の同意書』と『血の繋がりを証明する書類』等の提出が必要となるが、条件を満たせば県外や日本国外からの参加も可能である。

かつては名前の通り『父と娘』で子作りをする神事だったが、現在は粘膜を擦り合わせて性交しているように見せる素股形式となっている。
コンドームの着用を義務付ける年もあったが、「伝統を著しく損なう」という参加者親子の強い嘆願もあり廃止された。

『種付けやぐら』に参加する女性は主に○校生だが、祭礼期間後の『妊娠』を理由とした自主退学率の高さが問題となっており、祭りとの関連性は不明であるもののコンドームの使用を再度徹底すべきとの批判もある。

Participation requires the submission of a “written consent form from both father and daughter" and “documents proving blood relationship," but participants from outside the prefecture or outside Japan are also able to participate if they meet the conditions.

In the past, as the name suggests, it was a ritual in which “fathers and daughters" were involved in procreation, but now it has become an intercrural ceremony in which mucous membranes are rubbed together to give the appearance of sexual intercourse.
There was a year when it was compulsory to wear condoms, but this was abolished after strong appeals from parents and children who took part in the event, saying that it would “severely undermine tradition."

The women who participate in the “Seeding Yagura" are mainly ○ school students, but the high rate of voluntary expulsion due to “pregnancy" after the festival period has become a problem, and although it is unclear whether it is related to the festival, there is criticism that the use of condoms should be enforced again.
